Jenna Stelmok has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, recently delving deeper into her personal practice and receiving her RYT 200 certification from Dhyana Yoga. Her classes mindfully link breath with movement and make practice accessible for everyone. Expect a dynamic flow up front, balanced with the sweetness of restorative poses in each class.

If a sliding scale is implemented effectively, everyone will pay a similar percentage of their income to attend.
